The Supporter Relations Team Leader is responsible for coordination of the day to day activities of the Donor Facing (DF) team, enhance the supporter experience, ensure the integrity of all donor interactions, management of the team and supporter activities. This position will also ensure that all supporter relations are conducted in a positive manner, accurately reflecting the charter of Médecins Sans Frontières.
The Supporter Relations department consists of a Manager, an Assistant Manager, a Donor Facing Team Leader, an administration team, and a donor facing team. It also includes a Technical Coordinator responsible for daily support and projects.
To be successful in this position, you will have demonstrated experience in a team leader or senior customer service role, demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, training and developing staff members together with proven high level interpersonal, written and telephone communication skills.
