Regular Giving Coordinator (Face to Face Fundraising)

The Regular Giving Coordinator (Face to Face Fundraising) plays an important role in the Regular Giving fundraising team, and the overall Fundraising Department.

The primary role of the Regular Giving Coordinator (Face to Face Fundraising) is to work with the Regular Giving Manager in the successful running of a Face to Face Fundraising Donor acquisition program, along with implementing various projects and processes that support Regular Giving acquisitions and retention. The Regular Giving Coordinator (Face to Face Fundraising) will contribute to the success of the program by taking project management responsibility for projects directly related to the success of the program.

The Regular Giving Coordinator (Face to Face Fundraising) will primarily work across face to face fundraising programs in Australia and New Zealand and will provide back-up support to the Telemarketing Coordinator on an as needed basis.

The successful candidate must have previous experience with Regular Giving programs including Face to Face and telephone programs, experience in Project management, Excellent communication skills including experience interacting with and managing suppliers or 3rd parties, Superior time management skills and ability to deliver to deadlines, as well as Excellent spreadsheet and word processing skills and Exceptional attention to detail.
