A humanitarian catastrophe is underway in northeastern Nigeria’s war-torn Borno State, where at least 500,000 people are in urgent need of food, medical care, water, and shelter. Médecins Sans Frontières Australia's Executive Director Paul McPhun discusses the desperate situation currently playing out in Borno State, Nigeria.
