Médecins Sans Frontières Australia has a reliable group of volunteers to help with the general running of the Sydney office during normal office hours, which are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
These positions usually involve clerical tasks, although we try to utilise people's specific skills as far as possible. Some examples of the clerical tasks involved are:
- Opening, sorting and counting up incoming mail - this task requires patience and attention to detail
- Make up Welcome Packs
- Sending out receipts to donors
- General data entry and other general admin work
