Major Gifts Officer

The primary role of the Major Gifts Officer is to provide day-to-day support on projects to the Major Gifts Coordinator and Major Gifts Manager, including providing administrative support on a range of various projects. The primary success measure for this position is the successful co-ordination and completion of nominated tasks. In addition, non tangibles including maintenance of brand integrity and relationships with project stakeholders are also vital to the successful fulfillment of the role.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills including generating individual correspondence and proof reading, exceptional attention to detail, Excellent Excel spreadsheet and word processing skills, Experience with Raisers Edge or other similar CRM database including generating queries, exporting data and running reports, as well as Experience in the process of print and production and dealing with suppliers
