Field Administration Manager
Under the general direction of the Head of Field Human Resources, the Field Administration Manager manages the organisation of fieldworker deployment and contractual employment needs. The Field Administration Manager works to ensure the efficient organisation of the departure and return of Australian and New Zealand field workers who are placed on overseas projects with MSF. They are additionally responsible for the effective management of related processes and activities such as fieldworker payroll and monitoring of WHS incidents in-field. S/he is the direct line manager of the Field Administration Coordinators.
The candidate must have demonstrable knowledge and professional experience in HR Management, administration and processes, experience in processing staff payroll, and management skills with small to medium team management experience. The ability to prioritise and work productively in a fast paced high pressure environment is crucial. Candidates must have the current right to work in Australia.
