service centre representative x 2 positions

We are looking for the right people to fill these two critical roles within the Service Centre team. You will have responsibility for providing high quality donor services through telephone and data-entry with a focus on banking, reconciliation and administration.
To be successful in this role you will be competent with a major donor database (Raisers Edge would be an advantage), a team player with a committed approach to work, have previous customer-service experience and a high level of attention to detail as well as experience improving systems/using technology.
