HR Advisor and Executive Assistant (Maternity Cover)
(fixed term contract 8 Months June 2015 – February 2016)
We are looking for a person to fill the combined role of HR Advisor and Executive Assistant for a period of 8 months on a fixed term Maternity Cover contract. The main responsibilities of this role are to support the Domestic HR Manager, by assisting in the completion of HR processes relating to office staff and recruitment, in addition to acting as executive assistant and confidential secretary to the Executive Director and management committee, providing high quality administrative support.
To be successful in this role you will have strong experience in a generalist HR role, a high level of office administration abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills.
