Following your participation in Welcome Days, your Human Resources Officer (HRO) will contact you once a vacancy which matches your skills, experience and nominated availability date arises.  Your HRO will send you the job description and information about the country and project.  If you accept the role, your HRO will confirm the offer and the Field HR team will assist you through the various pre-departure procedures, including a briefing in the Sydney office.  The timing of this process can vary greatly. As a guide, you should not expect more than three-four weeks’ notice of a placement offer.

Please remember that due to the nature of our field activities we can never guarantee an appropriate placement will be found within the timeframe of your availability period.
