About once a month a representative from the Human Resources department of Medecins Sans Frontieres Australia travels to a major city in Australia or New Zealand to hold a recruitment information evening and conduct interviews with potential field workers from that area. Recently, our office has been overwhelmed with speaker requests from various associations. We are delighted at the increased interest in our relief efforts, but we regret that our pool of volunteer doctors, nurses, logisticians, laboratory scientists, financial controllers and administrators is not large enough to fulfil all speaker requests, so we ask you to read through the guidelines below before requesting a speaker.
