In the absence of specific treatments for Ebola, Médecins Sans Frontières announced that it will host clinical trials in three Ebola treatment centres in West Africa.
Since the beginning of the Ebola outbreak in West Africa, Médecins Sans Frontières has admitted more than 4,500 patients to its care centres. Among these, more than 2,700 were confirmed as having Ebola.
